The industrial bogie car furnace adopts an electric bogie loading and unloading design and an electric top-opening furnace door. The equipment supports customized loading capacities from 100kg to 10 tons. The loading platform’s load capacity can be customized from 100kg to 10 tons, meeting the batch heat treatment needs of everything from small to large heavy workpieces. Electric mechanical drive for loading and unloading ensures smooth and reliable operation.
- Electric Top-Opening Furnace Door for Convenient Operation
The furnace door and furnace chamber are integrated. The door opens electrically from the top, with controllable opening height and a locking device. Operation is convenient, safe, and reliable, avoiding the risk of burns from high temperatures.
- Multi-faceted Heating for Uniform Temperature
Heating elements are installed on both sides and the bottom (or both sides), forming a multi-faceted, three-dimensional heating field. Furnace temperature uniformity is ±1℃ (depending on furnace chamber size; larger furnace chambers can use multi-point control for better uniformity), temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, integrated circuit control eliminates overshoot. A dual temperature control design (surround temperature control + bottom temperature control) ensures uniform temperature distribution within the furnace chamber.
- Stepped cross-sealing for reliable sealing
The furnace opening and the charging platform are fitted with a stepped cross-sealing system. The refractory material has angles at both the top and bottom. The angle increases when the charging platform is opened and gradually decreases when it is closed, ensuring reliable sealing for long-term use.
