Description

1700℃ High-Temperature Precision Energy-Saving Bogie Hearth Furnace

This bogie hearth furnace is specifically designed for high-temperature sintering, advanced ceramics, powder materials, new energy materials, electronic ceramics, refractory materials, and scientific research and experimental development. The equipment adopts an 1800-type silicon molybdenum rod heating system, with a maximum temperature reaching 1750℃ and a long-term stable operating temperature of 1700℃. The electric bogie loading and unloading structure, combined with a high-purity alumina fiber furnace chamber, can meet the requirements of large-sized workpieces, high loading capacity, and high uniformity heat treatment. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment processes in university laboratories, research institutes, and industrial production enterprises.

Product Features

  1. Maximum Temperature 1750℃, Ultra-High Temperature Heat Treatment Capability

This equipment has a maximum operating temperature of 1750℃ and can operate continuously at 1700℃. The temperature control range is 80-1700℃, meeting the stringent requirements for ultra-high temperature material sintering and heat treatment. The effective heating zone size is 2000×800×700mm, with a large volume suitable for batch processing of large workpieces.

  1. Uniform Temperature with Silicon Molybdenum Rod Heating on Both Sides

The heating elements use 1800-type silicon molybdenum rods on both sides of the furnace chamber, evenly distributed to form a double-sided heating field. Dual temperature control design (both sides) ensures furnace temperature uniformity of ±5℃ and temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, guaranteeing uniform temperature distribution within the large furnace chamber.

  1. Electric Loading Platform, 1000kg Load Capacity

The furnace door and bottom are integrated, with an electric opening mechanism. The motor drives the reducer to move the loading platform in and out, and limit switches are installed. The loading platform has a load capacity of 1000kg, providing strong load-bearing capacity suitable for heavy workpieces and batch production.

4. Stepped Cross-Sealing for Reliable Sealing

The furnace opening and charging platform refractory materials are fitted with a stepped cross-sealing system. The refractory materials have angles at both the top and bottom; the angle increases when the charging platform opens and gradually decreases when it closes, ensuring reliable sealing over long-term use and reducing heat loss.

  1. 50-Segment Programmable, Intelligent Control

The system employs an intelligent temperature controller with multiple adjustment modes, including standard PID, AI-based APID, and MPT. It features self-tuning and self-learning functions, exhibiting excellent control characteristics with no overshoot or undershoot. The 50-segment programmable control function allows for arbitrary slope temperature rise and fall control, and includes jump (loop), run, pause, and stop commands, allowing for program modification at any time during operation.
